We don't come from hospitality. We come from AI research - some of us met at Mercedes-Benz, where we researched artificial intelligence together.
After Covid, we began exploring an industry that fascinated us: hospitality. Not from behind a desk - but on the phone. We called over a hundred hoteliers and asked one simple question: Where does the shoe pinch?
The answer was almost always the same: The phone rings, and no one can pick up. Emails pile up. The team burns out.
So we built what we do best: an AI that listens, understands and helps. Not as a replacement for people - but so that people can get back to doing what they chose this profession for.
